Do You Have A Rule Change Proposal?
With the Annual General Meeting (AGM) coming up on October 1st at 7:00 pm at the Tottenham Legion, this is the time of the year when Membership can make recommendations to the Rules of Play and Constitution of the Tottenham Beeton District Minor Softball Association (TBDMSA).

If you are planning any rule change proposals, you must use this Form.  All submissions will go to the attention of the President.

Our goal is to make an efficient meeting so no rule change will be discussed if it is not presented in writing before the meeting.  If the rule change is presented properly, discussion will be limited in time at the discretion of the Chair for the benefit of keeping the meeting moving forward.

We highly recommend you attend the AGM to a) be present in the event of discussion around your proposal; b) have an understanding of rule changes or other updates from the TBDMSA.  If you cannot attend the meeting, please send a representative on your behalf.

A copy of all of the Rule Change Proposals will be made available on the TBDMSA website (www.tbdmsa.ca) ahead of the meeting so people can prepare.  The Rule Change Proposals will also be available at the AGM.

Click here for a copy of the 2024 Manual of Operations for your reference.

FORMAT:
Step 1: Define the Current Rule
Step 2: Provide a brief explanation for the rationale behind your proposal.
Step 3: Provide an exact written proposal on what you think the rule change should be.
