Coach's Meeting
Submitted By Peter Browne on Mon 07 18, 22
Hope you all are enjoying your summer so far.   It’s so nice to see all the diamonds full of kids playing, learning and most of all having fun.  Again we want to thank you all for volunteering your time and talent.  Truly, without your help none of this would be possible.

With the season well underway we would like to invite you all to an optional mid-season coaches meeting on Sunday July 24th at 3 pm at Coventry park Pavilion.

August is fast approaching and we will be discussing important year end tournament details, rules and general information that you, your parents, and volunteers will need.

We are here to support you and would love the opportunity to check in to see how things are going. Therefore also on the agenda will be an open forum discussion where your executive team can answer any questions you may have since we last met.

Our wish for this forum is to provide a constructive environment for coaches both new and seasoned to share any challenges and best practices with each other.  The best way for all of us to learn is from each other.

We value your feedback so we as a league can continue to grow and make TBDMSA the best it can be and a positive learning and fun experience for all our kids.  After all that’s why we are all here.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Regards

Lisa Williams

On behalf of your 2022 executive team

A COACH will IMPACT more young people in ONE YEAR than the AVERAGE PERSON does in a LIFEETIME.
