TBDMSA Postseason Weekend presented by Rumber Construction Information
With the Regular Season wrapping up, this information is to help Coaches, Parents and Players plan for the upcoming Postseason presented by Rumber Construction from August 25-27 at Coventry Park in Tottenham.

Mission and Vision

Tottenham-Beeton District Minor Softball Association (TBDMSA) The TBDMSA strives to provide children with an environment that provides the opportunity to learn positive life skills such as fair play, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Level of Competition

With the league vision in mind, we recognize that the Postseason will bring out everyone's competitive spirit.  Tensions can escalate as the pressure to win the Championship is on the line.  Maintaining a sportsmanlike mind set will allow everyone to enjoy the game; win or lose.

We ask everyone to respect all Players, Officials, Coaches and Volunteers.  Please be reminded that each participant agreed to uphold the Code of Conduct upon registration.  The TBDMSA has given the authority to all Officials that Participants may be ejected from the game and Coventry Park if necessary.  TBDMSA Board Members will be present at Coventry Park throughout the weekend to support our Officials and Coaches.

Reporting Scores

Reporting scores immediately following a game is crucial because it determines the placement of teams and your game schedule throughout the weekend.  Please turn in your completed game sheet to Peter Browne at the Michael Worrod Pavilion immediately following your game.

Bases and Diamond Conditions

The TBDMSA will have a set of bases at each diamond at Coventry Park so Coaches do not need to bring their Association-issued set of bases.  The Home Team will be responsible for installing the bases/pitching mound at the appropriate distances as stated on Page 14 in the Manual of Operations.  Click here to download your copy.

Diamonds will be lined once a day each morning.

Wet Field Policy & Procedure

In the event of wet conditions, the TBDMSA will monitor the fields and communicate with Coaches about the game.

Keys & Parking

Each Coach has a set of keys that will open the washrooms and gate.  The ONLY reason the gate should be opened by a Coach is to allow a vehicle to drive a person(s) down to the pavilion only if they have a physical disability.  NO VEHICLES are permitted to park at the Pavilion unless you are approved by the TBDMSA Executive.

Please be respectful of the parking at Coventry Park to provide reasonable parking spaces for others.  For example, do not park in front of the top of the steps at the Upper Parking Lot to allow people space to access the steps.

K2 Milling
k2MILLING is an Ontario fokused, artisanal flour mill that operates just north of the city of Toronto. k2MILLING’s mk2MILL was developed in-house. It is not a stone mill, hammer mill or roller mill. It is a kold mill. [It is not patented, but is protected by the knights of the mill]. It’s unique design retains the flavour in the flour. Every other manner of milling sheds flavour. When the dust settles, all that is left is flavour. That is why we buy our food. Welkome to the flour with flavour, the flour mill of choice in ONTARIO. We also produce our own energy on site . Since October 2021 Bryan KING is the owner and operator of k2MILLING. 4506 5th Line, Bradford, Ontario 647-519-1194.
