He is also accredited by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), as well as the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD) in the United States. Dr. Lim completed externships with honours at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, the Newington Connecticut Veterans Administration Hospital, and the Ophthalmology Associates of Philadelphia. Dr. Lim is a member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists, and the Alberta and Ontario Association of Optometrists.
