k2MILLING is an Ontario fokused, artisanal flour mill that operates just north of the city of Toronto. k2MILLING’s mk2MILL was developed in-house. It is not a stone mill, hammer mill or roller mill. It is a kold mill. [It is not patented, but is protected by the knights of the mill]. It’s unique design retains the flavour in the flour. Every other manner of milling sheds flavour. Dr. Matthew Lim is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is board certified by the Canadian Examiners in Optometry, and the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) in Canada. He is also accredited by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO), as well as the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases (TMOD) in the United States. Dr. Lim completed externships with honours at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia, the Newington Connecticut Veterans Administration Hospital, and the Ophthalmology Associates of Philadelphia. Dr. Lim is a member of the Canadian Association of Optometrists, and the Alberta and Ontario Association of Optometrists.
