Smoking and Alcohol Policy
We remind Members of the Town of New Tecumseth policy with respect to smoking and alcohol at Sports Fields.

As a permit-holder of Town of New Tecumseth Sports Fields, we must follow all Town policies and procedures including the following:

Smoking: The Town has a no smoking by-law prohibiting smoking including vaping in all Municipal Buildings and Municipal Facilities. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated in the compliance of the No Smoking Public Places By-law No. 2002-114, amended by By-law No. 2007-006. Thank you for not smoking.

Alcohol should not be present at Sports Fields without a Special Occasion Permit.  The TBDMSA does not carry a Special Occasion Permit for alcohol sales therefore no alcohol should be on-site during any sanctioned TBDMSA event.

If TBDMSA Members are caught violating Town of Tecumseth Policies such as the ones noted above, the TBDMSA risks losing our permits for the fields which means NO GAMES or PRACTICES for our athletes.

Please be considerate of our Permits and of others.
