Outcomes from the 2025 TBDMSA Annual General Meeting
The Tottenham-Beeton District Minor Softball Association (TBDMSA) Board extends its thanks to all Delegates and attendees who participated in the 2025 Annual General Meeting. Your engagement helps strengthen our association and ensure a great experience for our players and families.

We are pleased to announce the Board of Directors for the 2025–26 season, effective immediately:

Notices of Motion – Results

  • Playing Rule 3h
    Players may be substituted with equally or lower-rated substitutes based on the average rating of all missing players. Regular season rankings are based on original team rosters.
  • Playing Rule 8f
    U7 games will consist of a maximum of five (5) innings or one hour and twenty-five minutes.
  • NEW for 2026 – U7 Batting Rule
    Players will continue to bat in order until either three defensive outs are made or all offensive players have batted once in the inning, whichever comes first.
  • Playoff Rule 3b
    If the home team is leading going into the bottom of the last inning, they may choose whether or not to bat. A maximum +5 can be earned by the winning team during preliminary round games.

The Timbits Softball program is designed to be a young person's introduction to the sport of Softball. The emphasis is on FUN, ACTION, and a POSITIVE ATMOSPHERE, with a gradual introduction to non- stressful competition. Timbits Softball provides children aged 5-10 with maximum opportunity to practice the skills necessary to successfully take part in the (adult) game of Softball. Timbits Softball allows children of all skill levels to achieve the same number of skills repetitions. The drills also offer a high success rate for every child, which improves every player's self confidence.
