Player Development Programs

NTB_TSC_Announcement.jpgThe Tottenham Beeton District Minor Softball Association (TBDMSA) is proud to announce a new player development partnership with New Tec Baseball and the Tottenham Softball Clinic, expanding high-quality local training opportunities for softball athletes of all ages and skill levels.

This partnership strengthens the softball pathway in our community by providing professional coaching, structured skill development programs, and clear progression opportunities—from first-time players learning the fundamentals to athletes preparing for Select and Rep-level competition.

“We are thrilled to partner with New Tec Baseball and the Tottenham Softball Clinic,” said TBDMSA President Kevin Boston. “This partnership allows us to offer consistent, professional instruction and multiple entry points into the game while supporting long-term player development for our athletes.”

"The Tottenham Softball Clinic is a Grassroots Organization designed to grow the Sport of Softball in New Tecumseth. The idea behind the TSC is to provide programs for kids to take a break from screens, learn fundamental softball skills, and interact with other Softball Players in a safe, non-competitive environment.,” explained Founder Sasha Larocque.  “We pride ourselves in creating a foundation for Athletes to discover their own true potential, and we aim to help them move forward wherever they are at in their Softball Journey. We have helped kids grow from House League to Rep, transition between Softball & Baseball, and now we are helping to grow our local Leagues & Academies with the Select Team Program & Private Clinics/Summer Camps."

“At New Tec Baseball, our vision is to create a structured, professional, and inclusive environment where every athlete can thrive,” stated Jaineel Purohit, Co-Founder of New Tec Baseball.  “This partnership reinforces our commitment to supporting all ball players—whether they’re just starting or striving for elite performance—by fostering growth, confidence, and a positive, community-driven experience.”
